Background information

The Digital Communications team is looking for a Business Process Analyst intern to join their dynamic team to drive the next wave of technological advancements in the semiconductor industry.

Your assignment

As the Business Process Analyst intern, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Support identification, documentation, and assessment of internal operational processes in Digital Communications;

Register identified gaps, pain points and risk in close dialogue with process owners and subject matter experts;

Collect, document, and assess business requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;

Participate in project life cycle related activities such as planning, scoping, solution design, implementation, and outcome assessment.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you :

Are a bachelor or master student in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field;

Are proficient in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Visio for process modelling;

Are a curious and motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset;

Possess solid analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;

Are detail oriented and enjoy working with data;

Are proficient in English, both written and verbal;

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship as well suitable for graduation. You should be available for minimum 5 months, for 4 / 5 days per week (2 to 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of September 2024.
