Wat ga je doen?

As a full-time Logistics Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless sorting of thousands of packages daily. Each colleague you support plays a pivotal role in our delivery success, and you'll soon become the go-to person and role model for 10 to 15 of our operators.

Additionally, you'll :

• Coordinate the logistics processes efficiently.
• Maintain vigilance to minimize potential delays in the workflow.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to your colleagues.

Our facility is situated at Heksekamp 29 in Zaltbommel, conveniently accessible from 's Hertogenbosch, Tiel, Rosmalen, and Geldermalsen. Here, alongside our Central Hub Director Huib and approximately 350 colleagues, we operate the largest sorting facility in the Benelux, and the second-largest in Europe. Every day, we process up to half a million packages, destined for 250 locations.
