Are pragmatic but thorough in doing your work and finding the best approach for every situation and spot opportunities for improvement. For our client, a worldwide famous FMCG Company, we are looking for a HR Peolple Partner to join thre team in Rotterdam.
We offer :

As HR People Partner you will play a key role in delivering a great employee and line manager experience by being the primary contact for a dedicated group of Line Managers and Employees. You provide advice, guidance and support on employment matters and individual situations and manage the necessary processing to implement changes. You are involved in HR activities spanning the whole employee life cycle, such as on-boarding, (international) moves, pay, leave of absence, illness cases, performance questions etc.
You love connecting with people, have good expertise and knowledge of (HR) policies, labor law and processes and are therefore able to provide (proactive) advice on all day-to-day HR activities. You are always driven to deliver a great experience, look for opportunities how to structurally improve experiences with an eye for people and processes, and can leverage a network of HR experts behind the scenes.
