Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Drive Digitalization and Automation : Engage in digitalizing and automating business processes using low-code & AI technologies such as PowerApps, KNIME, Azure Cloud Services and ServiceNow
• Citizen Development & Co-Development : Drive the company wide roll-out of our Citizen Development Concept with ServiceNow
• Consultation : Collaborate with stakeholders to gain deep insights into their processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate that into effective digitalization roadmaps to enhance the performance of their functions.
• Technology Exploration : Explore emerging technologies and identify use cases in the business functions to practice knowledge-sharing in relevant communities and run proof of concepts
• Synergy Identification : Identify opportunities for synergies between departments and applications to create a future-proof, easily maintainable, and efficient application landscape.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all developed solutions meet regulatory standards and document your work, recognizing that development without documentation is incomplete.
