Collaborate with internal teams to develop whitepapers, presentations, and promotional materials. Work with translators to localise marketing content for different regions. Support social media efforts. Assist in updating and maintaining website content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and SEO best practices. Approximately two years of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably within a start-up or similarly collaborative and dynamic environment. Good organisational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Creative problem-solving and adaptability to handle a broad scope of tasks. A strong interest in digital marketing (experience with tools like Google Ads, SEO platforms, or website CMS systems is a plus). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media dashboards) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). At Source, we highly value diversity of backgrounds and thoughts. We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing functions, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to a variety of impactful projects, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you’ll take on a wide range of marketing responsibilities, from drafting content and managing digital ads to optimizing the website and supporting multi-channel campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing creativity, adaptability, and a data-driven mindset to every project.
