Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the (co-)design and scenario planning for the Module Network, ensuring defined schedule reliability, cargo delivery targets, and optimal cost efficiency.
• Spearhead analysis and initiatives to optimize the network, including service closures, outsourcing, and / or insourcing services, to ensure reliable products are delivered to customers.
• Ensure the network is commercially viable and operationally executable, meeting agreed Service Delivery and Reliability targets.
• Responsible to analyze throughput and optimal connectivity in Hubs to ensure we can execute flows within operational bottlenecks (moves, plugs).
• Responsible for rightsizing of the feeder network on a quarterly basis through sharing of our volume needs with FEF operators and own assets.
• Ensures Product Implementation timelines are created, maintained, and followed to limit Transport Plan Changes and seamless transition of network changes.
