We are currently expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Junior Online Marketeer . In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media. You will also help organise online and offline events and contribute to our overall growth strategy.

This position is based in the city centre of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

The role

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Online Marketeer to join our team at Mopinion. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping with the organisation of online and offline events, crafting engaging posts for our social channels like LinkedIn and Instagram, and producing SEO-optimised content for our website.

You’ll also apply your practical skills to the role, ensuring content is perfectly presented on our website (working with WordPress) and making sure the blog layouts and imagery align with our brand. From keeping our content updated to supporting direct marketing campaigns, managing CRM data in Salesforce, and helping develop promotional materials like goodie bags and printed media, you’ll play an important role in driving our marketing success.

What you’ll bring to the table

Content creation – Produce high-quality content (mostly in English) to attract audiences via search, social media, third-party platforms and email outreach.

Organisational skills – Ensure deadlines are met, events are well-coordinated, and projects run smoothly.

Team collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and design teams to create tailored content and materials.

Proactive mindset – Take initiative to execute tasks, from content setup in WordPress to coordinating promotional materials.

Creativity – Bring fresh ideas and push innovative approaches to enhance our marketing efforts.

Requirements

We are seeking a Junior Online Marketeer who meets the following qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Economics, or a related field.

Experience : 1-3 years in a marketing or commercial role.

Language proficiency : Strong writing skills in English; proficiency in Dutch, French or German is a plus.

Writing : Experience producing web content and familiarity with various online channels (for example blogs, social media platforms).

Tech : Knowledge of WordPress, Salesforce, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools), and Canva or other design tools.

Industry experience : Background in B2B marketing is beneficial.

Organisational skills : Proven ability to organise events effectively.

Passion : Genuine interest in digital marketing, software, and startups.
