INGRotterdam, South Holland, NetherlandsFor our datacenter networks squad we are in search for an IT Chapter Lead with network engineering and / or operations experience to help us develop maintain and improve our datacenter network infrastructure.
In your role as a chapter lead you will guide your chapter according to the common purpose you will set. You will coach and develop your fellow engineers to get the best out of them and yourself every day.
The team
The datacenter networks squad consists of highly skilled engineers with in-depth network infrastructure knowledge. We want to extend the squad with someone that will help us raise and speed up the quality, resilience, reliability and automation of the datacenter network services.
Roles and responsibilities
You will be responsible for the maintenance, development and improvements of the datacenter network. Next to this you will play a crucial role within the tribe with the development of the chapter members that you will be responsible for. You will be part of the MT of the GTDCN Networks area.

Te be able to execute this job to the fullest we expect your backpack to contain :
- Expert level network engineering / operations
- Understanding of the Scrum methodology (. backlog and sprint planning, review and marketplace)
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Technical implications of Security and Risk principles
- Clear understanding of consumer context and needs, as well as the value-add of your service to the consumer
