Your Role

As Account Manger Finished Goods, you will be part of the Finished Goods Cluster business segment . You’ll manage key accounts, drive growth with existing customers, and play a strategic role in shaping Rompa’s future sales ambition. Your ability to communicate, negotiate, and think both strategically and tactically will make you excel in this role.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. Manage & Grow Accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers like P&G.
• Analyze and interpret sales figures to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and review RFQs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional with the following profile :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong analytical skills.

At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a commercial / account management role within a production environment.

B2B expertise, with a proven track record in negotiating with multinationals.

Strong in both farming (growing existing accounts) and hunting (new business development).

Energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel regularly within Europe (approx. 30%).
