What we are looking for :

  • Supporting all distribution and sales related activities (including client pitches and RFPs) on a daily basis to deliver the highest quality to our clients and progress accounts through the sales cycle.
  • Acting as point of contact for clients in relation to Product related questions. Keep clients fully updated with regard to Invesco's funds, market views and industry related topics.
  • Support, develop and maintain individual relations with client organisations across the sales region.
  • Overseeing / managing the servicing of enquiries and problems for clients by liaising with other departments.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team and clients as well as coordinating internal functional support.
  • Help the team to reach pre-determined targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining accurate records for your conversations and meetings held with clients.
  • Preparing and provision of distribution and sales related reports and analyses.
  • Supporting, assisting and / or managing marketing and client campaigns & events (internal and external).
  • Working closely with local sales, to coordinate and have oversight of client retention plans.
  • Providing technical support to the sales team and clients.
  • Supporting existing non sales and / or technical support tasks.
  • What you can bring :

  • Previous experience in a financial sector sales environment is desirable.
  • Experience of managing client relationships is desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
  • Ability to understand the financial markets and investment products.
  • Fully proficient in key systems (Salesforce and Chronicle as examples).
  • Sound IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong numeracy & written skills.
  • Successful candidate is required to have or be willing to undertake an industry qualification.
  • Some periodic flexibility required regarding working hours and ability to accommodate some travel.
  • Sound communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Interest in the ongoing development within financial markets and the industry.
  • Fluid knowledge of English language (verbal and written).
  • Fluid knowledge of local language (verbal and written) where the role is located.
