As a member of a managed services team you will work closely with the Service Lead to deliver support and maintenance services, on level 2 and 3 Operational Technology (OT) applications while driving innovations and add value for the customer.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
- Review, and update SDLC documentation for automation systems (RS, SDS, HDS, Protocols, etc).
- Disaster Recovery Planning and testing for OT systems.
- Join the daily support rota for the support services department.
- Out of hours On-call Application Support, when required.
- Periodic reporting of tasks complete and support provided.
- Drive improvements and innovations across shopfloor applications engaging with Client teams on a regular basis.
