What you will be doing :

Senior support individual contributor that performs routine tasks with limited supervision and more sophisticated tasks with support. Guides other support team members on performing tasks that are typically not routine. Conducts processes and activities that support the Quality requirements for the Operations unit products. Demonstrates effective communication skills with both internal and external customers.

The employee is acquainted with the annual company and division goals and is aware of how they can influence these through their performance.

• Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with the team.
• Is required to understand and follow the Code of Business Conduct, Company policies, and laws that govern their activities.
• Applies expertise of Quality requirements to help implement Operations unit objectives (e.g., Lead nonconformance and root cause investigations, including CAPA records).
• Helps less experienced employees in the implementation of risk mitigations and continuous improvement projects, as well as support for documentation associated with processes and activities for the Operations unit products.
• Acts as Lead in supporting management of routine data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the continuous improvement of the process flow. Ensures compliant documentation and timely completion of quality records.
• Initiates, drives, and leads cross-functional Operations unit quality improvements in close collaboration with stakeholders. Includes support to conduct formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Specialist Operational unit knowledge holder in sophisticated (umbrella) Change Control designs from initiation to completion.
• Supports updating of procedures based on new or revised regulatory requirements, internal investigations, and audits.
