To support our growing consumer-facing business in the Benelux region, we are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid media and social platforms .
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of digital marketing and paid media advertising across key social media platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution skills. You will work independently while collaborating closely with regional marketing, product team and sales teams to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and performance results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , TikTok and Google Ads , including budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), covering both paid campaigns and organic content.
- Independently create and adapt marketing and advertising creatives (social posts, banners, ad visuals).
- Localize and manage digital content for the Benelux market, including banners, landing pages,and social media posts
- Take ownership of digital marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
- Coordinate with internal teams, key partners, and external agencies when needed, while being able to work with minimal supervision
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, paid media best practices, and platform updates
