The Creative Services team within MarComm is responsible for the creation and production of over 3000 projects (most of which have multiple components) each year. This includes servicing not only marketing activities and events requested through MarComm or Region / Solution business teams, but also projects from the People Organization and Real Estate.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years design experience. You will be enthusiastic to join Aon’s global design team where we give guidance and direction on all brand activities, communications, and touchpoints.

Furthermore, we ask the following :

• Experience in a digital design role (agency experience highly regarded), with the ability to move between UX focused tasks and campaign design projects.
• A desire to work collaboratively with Global Creative Team, marketing and agency partners to create engaging content.
• Demonstrated ability to create strong visual designs that tastefully to tell and grow the Aon Story.
• Experience / appreciation of UX, interaction, animation and motion design, and how this can be applied to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ability to operate quickly and calmly within a large, complex, dynamic environment, while setting and maintaining key priorities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially XD.
• Excellent verbal / written skills, with the ability to present ideas and articulate design decisions effectively.
• A self-starter who likes to remain up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies and is comfortable working with a distributed global team.
