Functieomschrijving3-5 years of experience managing and growing a fashion or lifestyle Shopify store in-house, or for multiple brands in an agency environment - Shopify experience is mandatory! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams (technical and non-technical); Has started to explore people management in your career and is interested in developing that skill in a long-term Growth Plan; Confident in client communication and managing relationships in the long-term, being able to spot challenges and upsell opportunities; Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for client growth and to come up with relevant KPIs; A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement; Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure; Fluency in English is mandatory, Dutch is a pre. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced e-commerce professional with a passion for fashion and a proven track record of success in managing and growing Shopify stores. They will be a strategic thinker who can develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies. All while fostering a culture of collaboration internally and building strong relationships with clients.
All applicants must be based in the Netherlands
Your role
Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day :
- Be a strategic e-commerce partner : Foster strong client relationships and ensure alignment with client goals and project scope, driving measurable results;
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences : Leverage data analysis skills and Shopify expertise to identify improvement areas and optimise conversion rates, customer experience, and brand loyalty;
- Champion continuous improvement : Oversee multiple Shopify stores, ensuring they not only meet seasonal needs (launches, sales) but also experience ongoing optimisation and improvement across all aspects with the help of the E-commerce Specialists;
- Collaborate and delegate : Collaborate effectively with the Head of E-commerce to delegate tasks internally, ensuring optimal capacity planning for the E-commerce team. Guide the E-commerce Specialists in executing your strategies and ensure seamless implementation across client stores;
- Become the team's go-to resource : Provide strategic direction alongside the Head of E-commerce and serve as the resident expert for complex Shopify challenges. Foster a culture of learning and development, inspiring and mentoring the E-commerce Specialists;
- Maintain quality and efficiency : Optimise and create new processes to improve customer experience (externally) and operational efficiency (internally).
