Hotel Co 51 is seeking a talented Group Sales Executive to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in securing group bookings and maximising revenue for a selection of exciting Moxy and other Marriott branded hotels across Europe.

What you'll do :

• Manage incoming group enquiries for our group of hotels, ensuring excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to optimise revenue for our hotels.
• Oversee the entire group booking process, from initial contact through to contract finalisation and execution.
• Maintain meticulous records, including contracts, invoices, rooming lists, and other essential documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Leverage your knowledge of the group sales process and Moxy brand identity to secure the best possible deals for each property.
• Ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to our hotels, adhering to company standards.
