Mindray IndiaNetherlandsLocation : Sweden | Netherlands Clinical Application Specialist, PMLS Northwest EU Based in Hoevelaken office, or remote based in Sweden and involves frequent travels across Northwest Europe (Nordics + Benelux) Highly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career Enhancement Reporting to Regional Marketing Manager – PMLS Northwest EU An exciting opportunity is now available within our ambitious Northwest Europe Clinical Applications function, focusing on (but not limited to) clinical support and training in Anaesthesia, Infusion and Ventilation. We are looking for a passionate and energetic clinical expert with knowledge and experience of perioperative care in a hospital to develop this role, well-versed in either (or all) anaesthesia / ventilation / infusion, ambitious with a strong background of working with Anaesthesiologists. You will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders, including distributors, being an expert and instrumental in driving clinical value-based training and success, thus generating business growth across the Northwest Europe region. Working with the internal and external teams, you will support in tenders, trials, installation and user training, with the primary objective of ensuring our customers are confident and competent in using Mindray Products. Your responsibilities : Acting as the knowledge point and clinical product expert for customers and distributors to glean maximum value from Mindray products Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations and trials, installations, and post-sales clinical support Identify and build relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to promote Mindray value-based clinical solutions, and develop clinical academic collaboration with KOLs for mid-long term branding and business growth Conduct exhibition and conference on site, hands on support to workshops. Offering customer guidance on designing clinical configurations and workflows based on the clinical settings (Theatres, ICU, A&E etc.) to enable safe and appropriate use Work with the sales team within the area to support tenders and project opportunities for generating profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring & Life Support devices. Work with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations Conduct internal and external product training from time to time; manage and maintain timely training records and trainee competency frameworks Develop professional clinical dialogues at all levels, tailoring content to the target audience to ensure the training and clinical values of Mindray products are fully understood Contribute to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, clinical whitepapers and case stories, competition strategies and training presentations Collect clinical requirements from customers, feedback to HQ team and R&D so as to improve Mindray PMLS solution. Keep clinical, technical and market knowledge up to date. What are we looking for in you? Nursing Degree or equivalent with clinical applications experience in Medical Devices Fluent in English, both written and spoken Ability to work in region without the requirement of company sponsorship Demonstrate experience of working autonomously Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives Anaesthesia experience highly desired, but if not, will need Infusion or Ventilation clinical experience Showcase previous project organisation skills Strong analytical and planning skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to travel up to 40%-50% of the time is required. What’s in it for you?
