The Ingredient Solutions (ISOL) EMEA Sales organization plays a critical role to accelerate profitable growth in the prioritized segments and categories; Cultures, Enzyme, Plant Based, Premix, Hydrocolloids, and to capture the synergies of the dsm-firmenich merger. The (cross) selling opportunities are ample and with our broad portfolio we are uniquely positioned to support our customers to innovate to improve and to grow.
As VP Regional Sales you are responsible to translate the Global Segments plan into Regional strategic sales plan for execution to deliver our ambition. And you lead the EMEA Sales organization that serves the business segments Beverage & More (cereals & bars), Fresh Dairy, Cheese and BBCI Baking, Brewing, Confectionary, Ingredient Processing.

Your key responsibilities
Lead the EMEA Sales activities - Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting (cross) sales and building strong relationships with strategic customers.
- Establish and maintain top to top relationships with key strategic customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to realize acquisition and retention of customers and improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Own the financials (Budget, Forecasts, OPEX), set financial goals and monitor the execution of the sales plans; take corrective actions, when necessary, to achieve agreed objectives. Regularly review and update the strategic priorities, including route to market and how to serve.
- Collaborate, working closely with other departments (across functions, regions, Global BU), such as marketing, product development, customer centricity, supply chain to align on KPIs and shape sales strategies with Group / BU goals, and processes for success.
