In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of employee management. As an HR specialist, you will provide advice and support on HR-related matters, execute all personnel mutations, prepare the payroll process, and improve HR-related processes. You will also act as a first point of contact for employees and managers and report into the HR Business Partner.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Employee Relations : Being a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• HR Administration : Maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and generating HR reports as needed.
• HR Policy and Compliance : Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Recruitment : Managing the recruitment of interns and young professionals and supporting the HR Business Partner with other roles.
• HR Projects : Supporting and executing HR-related projects.
