Inside sales account representative Vacatures in Delft

The Inside Sales team is part of Sales Enablement, along with Sales Operations, Bid Management, and Partner Management. The core activity of Sales Enablement is to support our Sales team in the Benelux.

You will be part of an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales team and will work closely with our Sales colleagues to attract and retain both national and international customers.

As Inside Sales, you generate and qualify leads, coordinate tasks within the organization, and provide support to the Sales team. You independently or jointly close deals based on consultative selling and ensure sustainable relationships with customers, partners, and students. You easily make contact and are genuinely interested, allowing you to build long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.

Additionally, you initiate or actively participate in various projects and strive for continuous improvement of internal processes.

This position is ideal for starters in the cybersecurity world or candidates looking for their first or second sales role. We also see this position as a stepping stone, where you discuss and realize your development and ambitions with your team lead.

About You

• You have at least HBO (Higher Vocational Education) working and thinking level;
• You are communicatively strong and have experience with professional customer contact;
• You are proactive when it comes to administrative procedures and can think in terms of processes;
• You work well in a team, are a self-starter, and ambitious;
• You have experience or knowledge of IT or can quickly acquire it;
• You have experience with consultative selling;
• Knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus;
• You are accurate, trustworthy, and careful with confidential information and documentation;
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
