Job Title :  Junior Solar Solution Manager (Graduate Program)

Job Location : Rijswijk, Netherlands

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to customers and partners.
• Lead testing, workshops, and technical discussions to address customer needs.
• Help customers optimize system design and reduce CAPEX through smart layouts.
• Work closely with the Account Manager on project bids and proposals.
• Track and resolve issues that arise during testing, workshops, or bidding processes.
• Act as a bridge between technical expertise and customer engagement, ensuring projects run smoothly.

Requirements :

Experience of driving channel sales within the PV industry / solar inverter / battery storage / EV charge is considered an advantage.

Driven, highly motivated and passionate about solar.

Knowledge about engagement with customer.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal with people from different countries & cultures.

Project operation skill.

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
