System Support Role – Engineering Team at Samsung SDS
Samsung SDS is looking for a System Support Specialist to join our Engineering Team within the Innovation, Projects, and Stock Control Group at our SDS Netherlands location. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for operational teams in case of system issues, ensuring smooth resolution of technical problems and maintaining continuous system performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :
First Line System Support :
- Manage Operational System Issues : Provide support for operational system issues across multiple warehouse and transport sites.
- Diagnose and Prioritize : Assess and diagnose system problems, determine their impact, and prioritize actions based on operational urgency.
- Determine Necessary Actions : Identify and initiate the required steps to resolve issues. This may involve administrative actions and physical intervention when necessary.
- Cross-Department Communication : Collaborate with relevant teams across different departments (warehouse, transport, IT, logistics) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Escalate Issues : If required, escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or external partners.
- Maintain System Understanding : Continuously improve knowledge of operational systems, transport, and warehouse processes to stay updated on changes and enhancements.
- Monitor Follow-Up Actions : Ensure that actions are taken and that systems are properly functioning post-issue resolution.
