Monitor and improve our Trustpilot and NPS scores, by setting up detailed reporting and performing analyses aimed at identifying root causes of recurring requests / complaints Set-up and take ownership of feedback loops with the wider Sassy Saints team to proactively suggest and implement improvements to products, processes, the websiteand any other element of the customer journey based on data-driven input. Create & implement policies & strategies to standardize processes and improve servicequality. You collaborate with the fulfilment team, web development team and management to ensure alignment and operational consistency. Proven experience in leading customer support teams and processes, preferably in ane-commerce environment. Experience in leading remote teams preferred Experience in setting up workflows and designing consistent process documentation, such as flowcharts. Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent required. Fluent in English Affinity with the beauty industry Excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire peopleacross different countries and cultures. Strong focus on developing talent, creating and implementing (internal) training plansand coaching people on the job. Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work in a structured manner with an eye for detail. Ability to identify patterns, make connections, and develop solutions for complex situations with multiple dependencies. Willing to roll up their sleeves during peak periods to resolve customer requests or handle complex queries directly. Skilled in creating detailed process documentation and designing intricate flowcharts for complex workflows Highly customer oriented, able to represent the “voice of the customer” and thriving on providing the best customer experience. Solid analytical skills and the ability to derive data-driven conclusions andrecommendations as to how to eliminate frictions in the customer journey to ultimately improve customer satisfaction We offer a dynamic working environment in a fast-scaling e-commerce beauty company, with ample opportunities to learn and develop yourself. For this role is availability for at least 32 hours per week is required and fully remote. As we are a 24h / 7 business operating worldwide, we do ask for occasional availability outside of office hours.
