Create & implement policies & strategies to standardize processes and improve servicequality. You collaborate with the fulfilment team, web development team and management to ensure alignment and operational consistency. Proven experience in leading customer support teams and processes, preferably in ane-commerce environment. Experience in leading remote teams preferred Experience in setting up workflows and designing consistent process documentation, such as flowcharts. Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent required. Fluent in English Affinity with the beauty industry Excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire peopleacross different countries and cultures. Strong focus on developing talent, creating and implementing (internal) training plansand coaching people on the job. Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work in a structured manner with an eye for detail. Ability to identify patterns, make connections, and develop solutions for complex situations with multiple dependencies. Willing to roll up their sleeves during peak periods to resolve customer requests or handle complex queries directly. Skilled in creating detailed process documentation and designing intricate flowcharts for complex workflows Highly customer oriented, able to represent the “voice of the customer” and thriving on providing the best customer experience. For this role is availability for at least 32 hours per week is required and fully remote.
