Job Description

As Innovation Project Assistant, you are part of an ambitious innovation team that develops high-end technology to make our operation even more efficient and sustainable. At Fugro, we create a safe and liveable world by unlocking the insights of Geo-data. This data is essential for the protection of our earth and to make the energy transition possible.

You support multiple teams in their day-to-day projects by doing project administration,register for subsidies,facilitating the onboarding of new colleagues, and purchasing. You collaborate closely with five innovation managers and make sure that they can focus on what they do best, namely developing new hardwareand software.

Your role is very diverse, we are therefore flexible in working days and hours with a minimum of 24 hours divided over 4 to 5 days.Of course, there is also the option to work from home.

Who are you?

You have strong communication skills in English;

You are service minded;

You are proactive and not afraid to pick up extra tasks;

You have a passion for learning, an eye for detail and are able to work in a structured way;

You have experience with Microsoft Office;

Experience with IT systems is considered an advantage.
