Overview : Our client is looking to strengthen their team in Tilburg with a dedicated and technically-minded Inside Sales Representative in the field of telecommunication solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, playing a key role in market expansion and enhancing the company’s brand presence. You will work in an international environment and contribute directly to achieving sales targets. Join our client's team and help shape the future of telecommunication solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support & Consultation : Provide excellent support and advice to customers with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships through service-oriented communication.
- New Customer Acquisition : Actively seek out new customers, identify potential business opportunities, and develop new projects to expand the customer base.
- Order Management & Fulfillment : Handle order processing in the ERP system, including order entries, order confirmations, generation of delivery notes, invoices, and export documents.
- Project Support & Management : Oversee sales-related projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution, and provide necessary support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing Customer Inquiries & Deliveries : Handle customer queries and monitor the status of deliveries to ensure on-time availability.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to contribute to strategic sales planning and decision-making.
- Reporting & Quality Assurance : Monitor key sales figures, generate reports, and support quality management processes to maintain high standards.
