What will you do
As a logistic employee you will be helping in the sorting process. At DPD Berkel en Rodenrijs they receive thousands of packages each day. So, you and your colleagues need to take care of it. What will be your tasks then? First of all, the trucks need to be unloaded and you bring in all the containers. Afterwards, we need to put all the parcels on the assembly line. Eventually, a different team will be sorting those parcels on zipcode. Sounds easy, right? But do take into account that the parcels can weigh up to 25 kg! So, no gym needed anymore! But don’t forget, your colleagues will always be there to help you out!
Where will you work
The warehouse of DPD Berkel en Rodenrijs is located on the Celsiusstraat. This is close to the Rotterdam Airport. Daily, a lot of logistic employees are working hard to make sure the packages are sorted on time. On the working floor there is a nice informal atmosphere. There’s always time for a chat or joke. But only if you make sure your work is done on time! Also, the warehouse is good reachable by own transport.
