At Megagroup, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the entire recruitment process from A to Z, contributing to the growth of Megagroup.

What will you do?

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. This means not only writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates but also collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization to attract the right people. You know exactly where to look and are not afraid to try new approaches to find the best candidates, whether for logistics roles or strategic executive positions. You have a creative sourcing mindset that helps you actively attract talent through various channels, such as LinkedIn and job boards.

You will work closely with hiring managers, understanding their expectations and navigating diplomatically through different business environments and cultures. This makes you the key link between the candidate and the organization. You have the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers feel supported throughout the process.

You will coordinate everything from the initial intake to closing the job vacancy, balancing both the small details and the bigger strategic picture. You understand how important it is to keep the broader organizational goals in sight at every step while also being attentive to the individual needs of both hiring managers and candidates.

Your responsibilities :

Full recruitment process : You manage the entire journey, from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the process.
Collaboration with hiring managers : You work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders, both in the Netherlands and internationally, to find the right talent.
Active talent sourcing : With your experience, you know exactly how to find the right talent through LinkedIn, other online channels, and your own network.
Developing recruitment campaigns : Together with the marketing team, you create recruitment campaigns that further strengthen Megagroup’s employer brand.
Coordination and administration : You keep track of the process and ensure that everything is administratively accurate and well-reported.

What are we looking for?

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, both from an agency side and corporate side.

Higher professional education (HBO) level and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent command of the English language.

Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and writing job descriptions that attract candidates.

Proactive and hands-on : You take initiative and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.

You are organization-sensitive : You know when and how to engage with various stakeholders.

You can easily balance the small details with the bigger picture, providing you with strategic insight into every recruitment process.

What do we offer?

Salary depending on experience, between €3,000 - €4,000 per month based on 40 hours.

Contract for 24 - 30 hours per week.
