Hailo is building the future of preventive healthcare — helping people live longer, healthier lives through personalized insights from blood biomarkers and lifestyle data, powered by AI.

We’re looking for a growth marketer with a creator mindset to drive our early growth and bring our message to life through high-performing, science-backed content across social and performance channels.

What You’ll Own

Design and execute our early-stage customer acquisition strategy , focused on organic and paid social
Collaborate with our scientific content lead to bring biomarker and longevity insights to life — in a way that resonates and converts
Launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns (Meta + LinkedIn) for our fake-door test and waitlist growth
Own and refine a data-driven content loop : ideate → test → measure → scale
Build out our early CRM / email flows , landing page content, and conversion experiments
Help shape our brand narrative and tone in public channels, with a strong hook + CTA mindset

You'll Be a Fit If You…

Have 2–4 years of growth or content marketing experience , ideally in early-stage startups, healthtech, or wellness

Are deeply fluent in Instagram, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn as growth channels

Know how to turn educational content into growth drivers

Are hands-on with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, MailerLite / Klaviyo, Webflow, Notion, and Figma / Canva

Love turning insights into action : “This carousel got 2x saves → let’s repurpose it for ads”

Are metrics-driven but mission-aligned — you care about real impact on people’s health

Bonus Points For

Experience working with or adjacent to medical or scientific content

Personal interest in longevity, prevention, or performance health

Familiarity with AI tools to help scale content and growth automation

Success in This Role Looks Like

1,000+ high-intent waitlist signups within 6–8 weeks

Social media reach growing 25–50% MoM

Organic + paid content driving 3–5% CTR and low CAC

A fast, repeatable system to test and scale new messages & content formats
