Do you enjoy being part of a dynamic production environment? And is working in a 3-shift rotation no problem for you? Then this production worker vacancy could be a great match for you!

In this position, you’ll support the smooth operation of the production line. Your focus will be on light, assisting duties, including :

Packing products, such as lids for the food sector;
Conducting visual checks to spot any flaws;
Maintaining a neat and orderly work area.

You’ll operate within a clean, modern workspace where the atmosphere is both professional and friendly. Your working hours will rotate between three shifts :

Early shift : 6 : 45 – 15 : 00 (Mondays start at 5 : 15);

Late shift : 14 : 45 – 23 : 00 (Fridays extended to 01 : 00);

Night shift : 22 : 45 – 7 : 00.

If you’re on the night schedule, your week begins Monday night and includes four shifts — averaging around 38.5 working hours weekly.

Roughly 70 in-house colleagues work together daily, alongside 40 additional employees via a sheltered workplace program. The working location is easily reachable from Nijmegen, Arnhem, Ede, and German towns such as Kleve and Kranenburg.

Dit bieden wij jou

Gross salary between €3.000 and €3.300 per month (based on 40 hours);

Opportunity to get directly employed by the company;

24 vacation days + 3 extra ADV days;

8% holiday pay;

Travel compensation of €0.23 per kilometer;

You’ll receive safety shoes and work clothing;

Internal growth paths are available (e.g. towards an operator position).
