About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Head of Sustainability Reporting to lead our ESG and sustainability disclosure strategy at a global scale. As a key leader within our Corporate Sustainability function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our reporting not only meets global regulatory standards, but also communicates our progress, impact, and ambitions in a compelling and transparent way.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Risk, and Operational teams across global markets to drive best-in-class sustainability reporting and influence external perceptions of our ESG performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the global sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with leading frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, CDP, etc.)
Own the end-to-end production of annual and interim sustainability and ESG reports
Manage data governance and assurance processes, working with internal teams and external auditors to ensure credibility and accuracy
Engage with external stakeholders (investors, regulators, ESG rating agencies, NGOs) on ESG disclosures and performance
Drive continuous improvement in ESG data collection and systems, including digital tools and platforms
Monitor and interpret emerging sustainability regulations and standards, advising the business on implications and integration
Collaborate with brand and communications teams to ensure sustainability reporting feeds into external storytelling and corporate messaging
Support Board and Executive Leadership with high-quality ESG insights, dashboards, and disclosures
Lead a global team of reporting specialists and ESG analysts, fostering a culture of integrity and innovation

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainability / ESG reporting or corporate sustainability, ideally within a global, complex organisation

Strong knowledge of European and global ESG disclosure regulations (CSRD, ESRS, IFRS S1 / S2, SEC climate rules, etc.)

Proven track record leading sustainability reporting in FMCG, manufacturing or similarly complex sectors

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leadership and external stakeholders

Experience managing ESG data systems and third-party assurance processes

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management capabilities

Fluent in English (additional European languages an advantage)
