About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our regional R&D objectives and global initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and electronics engineering.

Key Responsibilities :
- Leading EE team to achieve regional R&D objectives & global initiatives.
- Managing EE team to ensure all new customer projects and advance projects going smoothly in electronics parts.
- Supervising EE team for daily work, giving them direction / proposal and guiding team to comply with development process.
- Managing by planning and coordinating from activities & organizing resources / capacity / performance for the EE team to achieve the targets for projects
- Reviews results & roadblocks developed by the EE team, and proper application from the engineer tools and PRP / Process house processes.
- Provides technical guidance for other disciplines to remove roadblocks for successful completion from the projects.
- Develops and manages proper resource planning, for local as well as global activities. Drives methodologies & efficiencies to overcome timing constraints & resource shortages; with a best fit approach in the offshore – onside set up.
- Organize tools and processes to ensure the highest level of SW & HW development quality in corporation with quality department and other regional EE development teams.
- Participating in Global EE workshop and meeting and can transfer local issues / topic to global and transfer global direction points to local team.
- Organize or lead global assignment or issues problem solving.
- Identify and arrange training to the EE team, provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications :
Electronics / Electrical background, Electronics Engineer Master degree is required.With at least 10years working experience in the automotive electronics field.With at least 5years project management experience.With department manager experience.Good experience on ASPICE and FuSa.Be proficient in Hardware design.Be proficient in Software design.Be proficient in C / Assembly language, Matlab experience is a plus.Extensive cross regional / cross team collaboration experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with building high-performance teams and a strong team player.High personal and moral integrity that aligns with company values and integrity.Be able to travel regionally and globally.Terms of Employment :
We have an open position for 1 year with possibility of extension and / or a permanent contract at the company. This concerns a secondment contract.
