Job Title : Business Analyst (IAM)

Location : Hybrid (Remote & Utrecht, Netherlands)

Duration : 6 Months (Full-Time, 100% Utilisation)

Languages : Dutch and English (fluency in Dutch required)

Note -Candidate should based out it Netherland

Responsibilities

  • Organise and lead stakeholder sessions with business owners, product owners, and subject matter experts to define and validate IAM requirements
  • Translate complex user needs into actionable features, epics, and user stories
  • Conduct in-depth process and information analysis across IAM domains
  • Support multidisciplinary scrum teams in implementation and integration
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and organisational process alignment
  • Help shape IAM strategy and roadmap including IGA, PAM, AD, and Entra ID integration
  • Ensure compliance with BIO, AVG (GDPR), NIS2 and other applicable standards
  • Drive automation and governance for secure, standardised access lifecycle management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of IAM domains and architecture (e.g., IGA, PAM, AD, Entra ID, RBAC, PBAC)
  • Experience with IAM processes (attestation, provisioning, monitoring, lifecycle management)
  • Ability to understand and influence business processes related to identity management (inflow, flow, outflow)
