    • Job Description :

  • Sales Order Management : Manage sales orders, create SAP orders and invoices, oversee shipments, and ensure accurate and efficient execution of order management.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination : Collaborate with logistics, finance, and other departments to coordinate new orders or special transportation needs, ensuring error-free order execution.
  • Sales Operations Support : Organize sales meetings, track sales progress and key metrics, and ensure effective communication and implementation of meeting decisions.
  • Sales Data Analysis : Maintain sales and customer information, regularly produce sales reports, analyze sales data, identify business challenges, and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management : Regularly update sales forecasts, ensure adequate inventory levels, and enhance supply chain collaboration efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Assist sales managers and project teams in maintaining customer relationships, monitor key customer communication progress, and support quotation work.
  • Process Optimization and System Support : Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and other cross-departmental teams to optimize delivery processes, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Administrative and Support Tasks : Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operation of sales support functions.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Experience : More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Abilities : Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous and patient, able to handle work pressure.
  • Professional Skills : Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other data tools is preferred.
  • Language Requirements : Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.

    Start date : As soon as possible

    Working hours : Full-time
