Join STALEKS — the leading Ukrainian manufacturer of professional manicure and pedicure tools, exporting to over 90 countries worldwide. We are expanding in Western Europe and looking for a Sales Manager to grow our presence in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Location : based in the Netherlands;
Languages : fluent in English + Ukrainian or Russian.
Your responsibilities :
- Build partnerships with training centers (manicure, pedicure, lash & brow) ;
- Support and develop the existing client base ;
- Achieve sales targets and onboard new partners;
- Identify local influencers and promote the Staleks brand in the region;
- Attend industry events (exhibitions, championships, congresses);
- Maintain regular reporting via Google Sheets.
We expect :
At least 1 year of active sales experience ;Fluent Ukrainian or Russian;English at B2 level or higher;Dutch and / or French will be a strong advantage;Confident use of MS Excel / Word, basic knowledge of Instagram & Facebook;CRM experience is a plus;Willingness to travel at least 5 days / month;Valid driver’s license;Excellent communication skills and a result-driven mindset.We offer :
