Role : Regional Sales Director Benelux

Responsibility : 1st on the ground in Netherlands or Belgium, to open the territory, handle first customer opportunities with direct touch and inbound / outbound pipeline management, build out hiring plan for AEs to cover the region. Work on high value deals with CDO / CTO / CIO involvement in Banking, Insurance, Public, Energy, Utilities sectors

Criteria :

• 10+ years selling highly complex Software / SaaS projects in Benelux region
• 3+ years of team leadership and track record of recruiting high-performing team
• Experience in a startup environment building market presence from scratch
• History working with GSIs, Hyper-scalers and Partners to close deals
• Passion and enthusiasm to work with frontier-AI technology
• CxO level network and executive presence
• MEDDIC sales environment experience highly preferred
• Native Dutch speaker + additional French fluency beneficial
