Your responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate work packages for steel structures
- Ensure availability of drawings, weld maps, specs and tools
- Act as liaison between engineering, procurement, production and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and solve technical or logistical issues
- Safeguard material traceability, quality and site safety
- Identify improvements and boost efficiency on the shop floor
Your background
Technical degree (MBO+ / Bachelor) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Marine Engineering3+ years experience in fabrication, work prep or coordinationConfident reading technical drawings and specsERP systems and planning tools (e.g. MS Project) – no problemWelding, NDT, coatings or assembly experience? Big plusStructured, hands-on and strong communicatorFluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and writtenWhat’s in it for you
