Quality Control Specialist

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Precision Quality Control Specialist.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and safety of aerospace components. You will be responsible for conducting quality control inspections using 3D measuring machines, analyzing data against specifications, and identifying deviations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the production process, guaranteeing high-quality components for aircraft such as fighter jets, helicopters, and drones.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) and documenting results according to industry standards.
• Performing initial product inspections and advising on machine adjustments.
• Analyzing measurement data and comparing it against specifications.
• Preparing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and supporting root cause analyses.
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal quality control.
• Carrying out visual inspections to detect external damage or deviations.

You are required to have a technical background through education or experience in the metal industry. You must also possess proven theoretical and practical knowledge of measurement methods and tools. Experience with 3D measuring machines and software is a plus.
