Salary : Up to €90,000 (Negotiable for SVP level) incl. 8% holiday allowance

Location : Amsterdam | Hybrid (2–3 days / week in office)

About the Role

My client is seeking a Director-level Vice President / Senior Vice President to join their dynamic Amsterdam office. Working closely with a Partner and leading a team of talented consultants, you will play a key role in client strategy, agency growth, and team development.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned communications professional with deep expertise in B2B tech and corporate sectors , preferably from an agency background . As VP / SVP, you will shape long-term client relationships, drive new business, and lead high-impact communications programs across local and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead flagship accounts with a focus on B2B technology and enterprise communications
  • Build long-term client relationships and provide strategic counsel at the highest level
  • Drive innovation and introduce new service lines within your specialism
  • Manage revenue targets, budgeting, and resourcing across your client portfolio

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (Account Managers, Content, Admin)
  • Foster an inclusive and empowering team culture
  • Oversee performance development and support growth of future leaders
  • Collaborate closely with international colleagues and offices
  • Commercial & Business Growth

  • Contribute to the agency’s broader commercial goals
  • Lead and support business development efforts, from pitch to delivery
  • Expand client scope and introduce new specialist offerings
  • Leverage your network to attract new opportunities and raise agency profile
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Extensive experience in B2B tech and corporate communications (agency-side essential)
  • Proven leadership capability and team-building experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record in revenue growth
  • Skilled in integrated communications strategy, stakeholder management, and thought leadership
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
