PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The EMEA Learning, Training and Development Intern will work in close partnership with the EMEA Head of Learning, Training and Development and the LTD Manager and LTD Specialist, to support the business strategy, in 35 countries, through enabling learning solutions across the EMEA region. This role is mainly responsible for supporting the creation and translation of e-learning and digital training modules for the front-of-house target population. S / he will be responsible for handling the AI translation tool Smart Cat, for designing and creating content promotion materials, on-line training calendars and support the participation rate in the digital learning platform Level Up. This role is supporting the team in creating new digital content for retail and F&B for Level Up and ensuring onboarding programs are in place. All these tool across the region are in support of building a high performance, high engagement culture delivering first class service. The role includes curriculum design, training communication and promotion, training administration, training analysis and learning initiatives fit for the LMS system.
