Business Analyst (Credit Risk)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Business Analyst for a 6+ months contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities :

Given a wider program to change in the policy structure, the client is faced with a high amount of credit policy changes. Besides changes in structure, changes in regulations (Basel IV, CRR3) are also covered in these changed documents. Changes are mainly focused on the problem loan and collateral management processes.

Experience :

• Proven experience in credit risk, especially in problem loans and collateral management.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including Basel IV and CRR3.
• Demonstrated success in IT delivery or change management within a financial services context.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a history of prioritizing and managing complex regulatory workflows.
• Comfort navigating senior stakeholder environments, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience bridging policy and engineering, translating requirements into actionable user stories or process changes.
