As an Account Executive at Happiness Amsterdam, you’ll learn the ropes from the inside out.

You’re the glue between client, creation, and production. You plan, brief, fix, and follow up—everything to help bring creative work to life that makes us proud (and makes clients smile).

What you’ll do with us :

Coordinate campaigns from briefing to delivery

Keep an eye on deadlines (and occasionally stretch one 🤸‍♀️)

Keep clients in the loop

Turn internal chaos into clarity

Help bring creative ideas to life

What we’re looking for :

You’ve got 0–2 years of agency experience or an irresistible urge to break into the ad world.

You’re sharp, curious, organized—but mostly just a joy to work with.
