Industrialization Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist

Advanced Lithography Expert

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a specialist in industrialization and process optimization.

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the reliability, availability, and diagnostic capabilities of our next-generation EUV lithography systems. You will contribute directly to the industrialization of new Source (SRC) products, ensuring they meet the highest operational standards in the field.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Analyzing system availability data to determine root causes, assess impact, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conducting reliability test evaluations and interpreting results to support design improvements.
• Interpreting and enhancing diagnostic feedback mechanisms from field systems.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive effective solutions.
• Ensuring high-quality data and insights feed into our continuous improvement processes.
• Proactively identifying technical risks and improvement areas in future designs to meet or exceed availability and reliability specifications.

What We Offer
