Aantal uur : 32-40 uur

AI is niet meer weg te denken uit de samenleving. En dat merken we ook in de bedrijfsvoering van onze klanten. AI kan alleen optimaal presteren als de onderliggende systemen goed zijn ingericht en up-to-date zijn. Denk aan databronnen zoals  SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams en Viva Engage.  En daar kom jij in beeld.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Microsoft 365 Consultant bij Macaw werk je in ons multidisciplinaire  Employee Experience team aan slimme, schaalbare oplossingen op basis van Microsoft 365. Je helpt onze klanten bij het inrichten en optimaliseren van hun digitale werkplek, zodat ze optimaal kunnen samenwerken, kennis kunnen delen en waarde kunnen halen uit hun gegevens.

Jouw focus ligt op het realiseren van oplossingen voor Employee Experience Portalen met SharePoint en Viva Connections, het inrichten van Teams voor efficiënte samenwerking, en het borgen van kennis met tools als SharePoint en Viva Engage. Daarnaast werk je ook aan het implementeren van governance-, compliance- en security maatregelen , en de voorbereidingen op het werken met  M365 Copilot.  Purview speelt hierin ook een rol. Nog geen pro? Je collega’s delen graag hun kennis met je, waardoor je snel stappen kunt maken.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een passie voor technologie en een scherp oog voor de manier waarop digitale tools organisaties kunnen helpen om hun doelen te bereiken. Je begrijpt dat goede inrichting de basis is voor succes. Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken met klanten, hen te adviseren en hen door het implementatietraject te begeleiden.

Verder heb je :

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol;
• Uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft 365 en bijbehorende technologieën zoals SharePoint , Teams , OneDrive , Viva en Power Platform;
• Kennis het van het Power Platform en de integratie ervan met op SharePoint en teams gebaseerde oplossingen (grote pre)
• Affiniteit met Microsoft 365 Copilot en Copilot Studio;
• Kennis van governance, security en compliance in een Microsoft 365-omgeving;
• Een proactieve houding en sterke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands;
• Relevante certificaten binnen het Microsoft 365 domein, zoals PL-900 of MS-600.
