Process Engineer Logistics, Waalwijk

Are you a problem-solver who enjoys improving production processes? Do you have experience with packaging or logistics? We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join a growing international team in Waalwijk.

What are you going to do?

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for solving production issues from the moment an order is released until it is shipped. Your tasks include :

• Analyze and solve problems in the production process
• Improve packaging and logistics processes to be faster, better, and cheaper
• Support the production team to work more efficiently and with high quality
• Develop automation and process control standards
• Handle customized customer requirements and offer clear solutions
• Lead digital and technical improvements in packaging and logistics
• Help make the manufacturing process more competitive
