Full-Time Production Specialist

Job Description

You'll be working in a dynamic environment with a focus on production. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality products.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn and grow. If you have experience in production, that's a plus, but we're also happy to teach you everything you need to know.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing meat products by seasoning, mixing, and vacuum-packing. You'll maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality throughout production, and show initiative can lead to advancement into an operator role.

Skills and Qualifications :

• You should speak either Dutch or English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and following work instructions.
• A full-time job requires your availability and willingness to become a valuable part of the team and understand the production processes.
• Prior experience in production is a bonus, but not necessary as we're excited to teach you everything you need to know.
