As part of a dedicated group of five, you'll engage with stakeholders to gather and translate their requirements, ensuring seamless integration into our teams and products. We're seeking individuals with a strong foundation in business process management, privacy, compliance, fraud and information risk. Your role will involve collaborating closely with IT, architecture, and product managers. Be the catalyst that propels our product forward while keeping the customer perspective at the forefront.

Simple to use, interactive, fully visually driven, and 100% at home in the world of the new generation. BUUT offers everything you’d expect from a bank, but with a Tikkie twist.

BUUT is built on the knowledge and experience of ABN AMRO and features the same familiar tone, design, and user experience as Tikkie . Completely tailored to the world of the new generation, designed specifically for teens and their parents.

Your job

As a risk and regulatory consultant, you’re part of a dedicated team of 5. As a team member, you'll engage in stakeholder management, translating requirements into actionable plans for our teams and product managers. Your expertise will cover areas like business process management, compliance, and fraud, with opportunities to specialize further. Work alongside IT, architecture, and product managers to develop and implement a risk control framework. Your contributions will be crucial in advancing our product while prioritizing customer needs.

Responsibilities :

• Manage stakeholder relationships to gather and align requirements.
• Identifying risks before consulting second-line stakeholders and mitigating them to the product. You discuss the change, the product and identify focus areas to make ensure smooth discussions with second-line stakeholders.
• Translate legal and compliance requirements into specific product requirements for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with process owners to manage and implement various processes within BUUT, identifying risks and necessary controls.
