Job Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Fully REMOTE Fullstack Software Engineer (Laravel, Node, React) (EU nationals only)   with a strong entrepreneurial autonomous mindset and a solid engineering foundation to join our growing team. If you're energized by building from scratch, taking ownership across the stack, and thriving in high autonomy environments, this role is for you.

What are your tasks

  • Design, build, and scale core features and services SaaS across our fullstack (Laravel PHP, Node.js, React, Next.js)
  • Take end to end ownership of technical solutions, from design and development to deployment and monitoring
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, and other engineers to translate business challenges into scalable solutions
  • Lead with a “think like an owner” mindset, challenge requirements, suggest improvements, and help prioritize work that delivers real value
  • Help shape our technical direction as we evolve from a feature factory into a platform-first company
  • Participate in and elevate our engineering culture, mentorship, code reviews, and architectural discussions are expected, not optional

Tech Stack

Backend : Laravel (PHP), Node.js

Frontend : React, Next.js

Cloud Infrastructure : Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Other Tools : GitHub, CI / CD pipelines, REST APIs, Gmail server integration

Who are you

  • 4–6 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer (Laravel, Node, React),  with demonstrable depth in both frontend and backend development in Laravel (PHP), Node.js, React and GCP
  • Startup or scale up experience is a MUST, you’ve worn multiple hats, made trade offs under pressure, and shipped fast without sacrificing quality
  • Strong fundamentals in system design, clean code, testing, and debugging
  • Product oriented, you care as much about the why as the how, and you want to build software that solves real problems
  • Comfortable working autonomously in distributed teams and async environments
  • Clear communicator who values transparency, ownership, and pragmatism
  • You live and can work freely in the EU is a MUST
  • You speak fluent English

  • Experience building SaaS products or platforms
  • Exposure to European markets or experience working in international teams
