About the Role :

We're seeking a skilled Sports Equipment Specialist to join our team in the Circular Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for refurbishing our products, diagnosing issues, and preparing them for resale. Your hands-on mentality, technical skills, and passion for sustainability will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, check, repair, pack, and send products
• Collaborate with teammates to discuss daily priorities and work on various projects
• Develop yourself in different areas, such as bike fixing, tent repairing, sewing, and matching unpaired shoes
• Think proactively about improving departments and contribute innovative ideas

Requirements :

Passion for sports and customer satisfaction

Strong team spirit and communication skills

Proactive and adaptable nature

Fluency in English; Dutch language skills a plus

Availability of 32-38 hours per week

Valid visa to work / work permit in the Netherlands and residence within a 30 km radius of our Circular Center in Tilburg

Working Hours :

No late shifts or weekend shifts; Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 till 17 : 00
