FunctieomschrijvingEnsure the production area and activities comply with SHE standards, carry out regular inspections to guarantee compliance Make sure Shift Leaders understand the impact of their performance on the business and develop accordingly Assist with improvement tasks and projects and communicate these initiatives Process ERP data (e.g., inventories), identify improvement measures and implement them with the Production Manager Support the initiation and execution of technical projects Continuously improve the production process in cooperation with other departments Review and enhance production procedures Achieve planned production effectively and efficiently Ensure product quality meets Quality Control and Quality Assurance specifications Use and update the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) accurately and on time Support the team in setting periodic goals, provide continuous feedback, and contribute to periodic performance reviews
Are you the one? We are looking for a "Production Engineer" to join us!
You'll be responsible to oversee daily production activities in the plant, working with relevant departments to simply ensure that agreed productivity levels are achieved!
What we need?
- HBO degree, or BSc Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch & English both written and spoken
- Similar experience at a manufacturing company for minimum 2 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Flexible, eager to learn, courageous, resilient and action-oriented mindset
