About the Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager (Paid Acquisition) to take full ownership of our paid marketing engine and support our lead generation goals. This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role focused on running high-performing paid campaigns, keeping our ad creatives sharp, and delivering steady, cost-effective growth.
You’ll also own SEO execution and collaborate closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel paid ad campaigns to meet leads and CPA targets
- Manage and improve SEO fundamentals to drive stable organic growth
- Execute and iterate on CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates across our funnel
- Refresh ad copy and creatives regularly, monitor performance, and introduce new ideas
- Own campaign reporting with insights on performance, wins, and opportunities
- Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and feedback loops
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and event setup using GA4, GTM, and related tools
- Continuously test and learn to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
